Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between PT William Perkasa (“RAJASUSU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any party accessing, registering, or using the Services (“User”).
By using RAJASUSU services, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms knowingly and without coercion.

Electronic Agreement Status

  1. These Terms constitute a valid electronic contract under the Indonesian Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE).
  2. All electronic transactions, payment confirmations, and communications conducted through the RAJASUSU system shall have the same legal force as written documents.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  1. User means any person who accesses, registers, conducts transactions, or uses RAJASUSU services.
  2. Services means all systems, applications, features, and services provided by RAJASUSU.
  3. Products means goods sold through physical stores or online channels.
  4. Transaction means an electronic sale and purchase agreement between RAJASUSU and the User.
  5. Account means a registered account belonging to the User in the RAJASUSU system used to access services and conduct transactions.
  6. Partner means official third parties (logistics, payment gateway, IT services) supporting operations.
  7. Omnichannel means an integrated sales system between physical stores, website, applications, and other sales channels.
  8. Payment Gateway means an electronic payment system that processes User transactions.
  9. Cut-Off Time means the deadline for orders to be processed on the same day.
  10. SLA (Service Level Agreement) means service standards or estimated service time determined by RAJASUSU.
  11. Store Pick-Up means a method where Users collect Products at a physical store after completing an online Transaction.
  12. Refund means the return of funds to the User in accordance with RAJASUSU policy.
  13. Force Majeure means circumstances beyond reasonable control affecting service performance.
  14. Fraud means fraudulent or deceptive actions to obtain unlawful benefit.
  15. Hacking means unauthorized access to systems.
  16. Cybersecurity means security systems protecting data and systems from unauthorized access or attacks.
  17. Reverse Engineering means attempts to analyze or dismantle systems to discover how they work without permission.
  18. Scraping means automated data extraction from systems or websites without permission.
  19. Suspension means temporary restriction of Account or Service access.
  20. Termination means permanent termination of Account or Service access.
  21. Disclaimer means limitation of liability statements related to Products or Services.
  22. Monitoring means system and user activity monitoring for security and compliance.
  23. Personal Data means data identifying Users in accordance with applicable laws.
  24. Content means all materials within the Services owned or used by RAJASUSU.
  25. Business Day means any day other than Sundays and national holidays.

Omnichannel Retail

  1. RAJASUSU operates both online and offline retail channels.
  2. Users may purchase Products through the website, application, or physical stores.
  3. All transactions are subject to these Terms, whether conducted online or offline.

User Legal Capacity

The User represents and warrants that:

  1. The User is at least 18 years old or under parental/guardian supervision;
  2. The User has legal capacity to enter into transactions;
  3. The User provides accurate and complete information.

RAJASUSU reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend accounts if these requirements are not met.

Account, Registration, and Security

  1. Users must create an account with accurate information.
  2. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities conducted through the account.
  3. RAJASUSU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of violations.

System Usage License

  1. RAJASUSU grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the system.
  2. Users are prohibited from: Reverse engineering, Scraping, Unauthorized distribution, Commercial use without permission.
  3. All copyrights, trademarks, and content remain the property of RAJASUSU.

Transactions, Payment, and Verification

  1. Transactions are considered valid after payment verification is completed.
  2. Electronic transaction records constitute valid legal evidence.
  3. RAJASUSU may reject or cancel transactions if fraud indications or system errors are detected.

Cut-Off Time & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  1. Orders and payments received before the cut-off time will be processed on the same day.
  2. Delivery and service estimates are indicative and depend on availability and location.


Pricing, Taxes, and Adjustments

  1. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include applicable taxes in accordance with regulations.
  2. RAJASUSU reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  3. Pricing errors due to system or human error may result in transaction cancellation.

Stock & Product Availability

  1. Product availability may change at any time.
  2. RAJASUSU reserves the right to cancel transactions if stock is unavailable.

Promotions, Vouchers, and Incentive Programs

  1. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, periods, and quotas.
  2. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
  3. Abuse of promotions (multiple accounts, system manipulation) will result in cancellation.
  4. RAJASUSU reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in violations.

Logistics & Distribution

  1. Shipping is carried out through official logistics partners.
  2. Risk transfers when the product is handed over to the logistics provider.
  3. RAJASUSU is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

Store Pick-Up

  1. Users must present proof of transaction.
  2. Products must be collected within the specified time limit.
  3. Failure to collect within the specified time may result in transaction cancellation.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. Applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
  2. Users must provide proof of transaction.
  3. RAJASUSU reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet requirements.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received.


User Prohibitions and Obligations

  1. Users are prohibited from committing fraud, hacking, system manipulation, or illegal activities.
  2. Users are legally responsible for any violations.

System Security & Cybersecurity

  1. RAJASUSU systems are protected by modern security technology.
  2. Users are prohibited from interfering with, breaching, or misusing the system.
  3. Violations may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content, software, logos, designs, and other materials are the property of RAJASUSU.
  2. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying without permission.

Personal Data & Privacy

  1. Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law.
  2. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their Personal Data.
  3. Data may be shared with partners for operational and analytical purposes.

Product Disclaimer

  1. Baby products and infant formula are not substitutes for breast milk.
  2. Products are not intended for medical diagnosis or therapy.
  3. Users must follow advice from healthcare professionals.

Limitation of Liability

  1. RAJASUSU shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, system interruptions, or third-party actions.
  2. Maximum liability of RAJASUSU shall be limited to the value of the related transaction.

Indemnification

  1. Users agree to indemnify and hold RAJASUSU harmless from any losses, legal costs, or third-party claims arising from violations of these Terms.

Force Majeure

  1. Force Majeure includes natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, cyber attacks, or national disruptions.
  2. RAJASUSU shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by Force Majeure events.

Audit, Monitoring, and Enforcement

  1. All activities are recorded in the system.
  2. RAJASUSU reserves the right to conduct audits, monitoring, and enforcement actions against violations.

Suspension & Termination

  1. RAJASUSU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without compensation in the event of violations or fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. In the event of disputes between the parties, the parties agree to resolve the dispute amicably through deliberation and mutual consensus.
  3. If such amicable resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

General Provisions

  1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  2. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
  3. This electronic agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Changes to Terms

  1. RAJASUSU reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  2. Changes shall become effective upon publication on the website.
